Fellowship and Aspirant Agreement

Congratulations on being selected to represent Wellington College International Shanghai as a Fellow or Aspirant.

As a Fellow, it is expected that your chosen subject or area of excellence will form a significant part of your life in the future. It is likely, although not essential, that you will pursue further study or a career in this field.

As an Aspirant, you have demonstrated the potential to excel in your chosen subject or area, and we will support you in developing the necessary skills to succeed.

It is essential that you show progress and demonstrate your commitment as a Fellow or Aspirant. For this reason, you will be required to uphold the following expectations:

• To engage actively in your chosen subject or area until at least the expected level of commitment agreed upon during your selection.
• To attend all sessions, activities, and opportunities provided to Fellows and Aspirants.
• To show consistent progress through regular practice, study, or participation in related activities.
• To take on active leadership roles in activities, groups, or events related to your subject or area.
• To contribute to school-wide initiatives, events, or projects that support your chosen area of excellence.
• To assist in organising and running relevant events or activities as required.
• To showcase your progress and achievements through regular contributions such as presentations, demonstrations, or performances.

By agreeing to this, you commit to fulfilling the above expectations and maintaining your status as a Fellow or Aspirant.

Agreement Confirmation

I confirm that I understand the expectations of being a Fellow or Aspirant at Wellington College International Shanghai. I agree to fulfil these expectations and to actively record my progress where required. I understand that failure to meet these expectations may result in the withdrawal of this privilege.
